Returns, Cancellation and Replacement
If the product is missing from the box, you can ask the courier to keep a report or you can reject the delivery of the order.
If the wrong product is sent, please do not take the delivery of the order and contact us.
There are necessary conditions to return the products. In order to return the purchased products due to waiver; products must not be used. Remember, your product return and replacement process may take longer for incomplete or damaged product returns. To prevent this, try to deliver the product without any damage or loss.
Product return and replacement shipping fees are covered by the customer.
No return is accepted for promotional products.

Your return application will be processed within 10 days at the latest, but within 10 days after that, your order will be refunded to your credit card account. Shipping charges cannot be refunded.
